Get in touch

Email support@naviwake.com. We answer within two business days.

It helps if you tell us which lake you were on, what device you are using, and what you expected to happen.

If you are on the water and in trouble

Do not email us. Call the US Coast Guard on VHF Channel 16, your local marine patrol, or 911. Support is not monitored in real time. See the safety notice.

Common questions

My position is wrong or missing
Check that location permission is granted for Navi Wake in your device settings, and that you are outdoors with a clear view of the sky. Accuracy drops badly under bridges and against steep bluffs.
The chart will not load
Charts need a connection the first time you open a lake. If you are heading somewhere without signal, download that lake's offline pack before you leave the dock.
A hazard pin is wrong
Report it to us and we will remove it. If a hazard is gone, letting the pin expire is normal — pins age out on their own.
I paid and did not get access
Open your account page; it re-checks with Stripe and usually repairs itself. If it still looks wrong, email us with the address you paid with.
How do I cancel?
If you subscribed on the website, cancel from your account page. If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel in your Apple Account settings — we cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, from your account page. It is immediate and permanent.

If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings as well. Deleting your Navi Wake account does not stop Apple billing you.

What gets removed is listed in the privacy policy.

Reporting content or a person

Hazard pins, reviews and assist notes are written by other boaters. If you see something false, abusive, or otherwise against the terms, email support@naviwake.com with the lake, roughly where it is, and what is wrong.

We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks the rules and act against the account behind it, up to closing it. A deliberately false hazard report is the most serious thing you can do here, and we treat it that way.
